A leading company within the Automotive / Motorsport field, with HQ in Emilia Romagna, Italy, is currently searching for a
TECHNICAL LEADER - POWER ELECTRONICS FOR HYBRID APPLICATIONS
You will be the primary responsible for development, validation and delivery of the HV Inverters controlling electric motors and associated power electronics devices.
You will set the strategic direction for power electronic development, in strong collaboration with other Components Responsibles.
You will follow the definition of technical requirements specification for power electronics components and you will manage the design of the Power electronics components (by internal design group and external suppliers), with an overview also on testing, production and quality.
The choice/management of providers will be also under your responsibility.
The ideal candidate has an Electronics/Electric/Mechatronics engineering background and he/she has a deep knowledge of motor control hardware design related to control software functionality, gained in hybrid/electric motor applications.
Intensive commitment and motivation, high efficacy, objective orientation, sense of responsibility are all essential requirements.
Fluency in English is mandatory, Italian and/or German knowledge will be appreciated.
