We are looking for an internationally active company with high ambitions in the field of environmental technology with a greatly innovative character, a motivated field service engineer permanently based at the customer site in the province of Modena:
? FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - CUSTOMER DEDICATED
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, service, training, and maintenance for sorting machines with optical support and sensors
- Manage complex technical questions on equipment and work with the customer to troubleshoot problems
- Build and maintain relationship and trust with the customer
- Work closely with the headquarter in Austria to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as liaison between company and the customer
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical/electrical, or mechatronics
- 5 years professional experience in the field
- Willingness to travel (20% first year, customed based near Modena and 90% after-wards inland and abroad)
- Fluent English, German would be a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding work environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
- Confident to work in a dynamic team as well as independently
